In feeding times, you can enjoy to see staffs feeding various marine animals such as dolphins, sea otters and so on. Each animal has different feeding time, so that it is possible for you to arrange your schedule depending on feeding times. By observing what food they are eating, you would be more curious to marine animals.

#1. Whale Shark

Whale Shark is the most popular animal in Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan with its size. From the name of “Whale Shark”and the huge body, you would imagine a whale. The total length usually becomes more than 12m.

#2. Pacific Whitesided Dolphin

Dolphins are very popular in the aquarium with their lovely figures. One of the characteristics  of Pacific Whitesided Dolphin is a white part on  a dorsal fin.

#3. Sea Otter

Japanese Spider Crab is the largest club in the world which has an overall length of over 3m. Usually they live at a depth of 200 to 800m where sunlight doesn’t reach.
