Kizakura is a most famous sake brewery and producer. They started to brew a craft beer in 1995 also. Using the same pure “Fushimi water” they use for brewing sake, so it’s why their beers taste very rich as well. Actually they are so popular with their sake products and “Kappa” character, however don’t make light of their craft beers.Kyoto Bakushu Series is the first craft beer in Kyoto -Altbier, Kölsch, and one more beer is so uniquely one.
Kyoto Bakushu “Yamadanishiki” beer is used special brewer’s rice as well. It makes the taste so refreshing and smooth like a sake. Almost craft beer is strong, or bitter, or peculiar flavor we know, so at times it’s to be avoid by some people. But this beer is not like that and so easy to drink by special brewer’s rice.We can enjoy these craft beers with local ingredients dishes at here.
