What is Hayama like?
Hayama is located on the western side of the Miura Peninsula, which is close to the Tokyo-Yokohama metropolitan area. It has mild winters and is crowded with many beachgoers every summer.
Because of its perfect location, calm weather, and splendid seascape, Hayama is originally known for the second homes of the Japanese Imperial Family and many celebrities. Such a sophisticated atmosphere let this place get the attention from trendsetters, and so it came to be treated as a classy and hip area where we can find many attractive restaurants and cafes.
