Spectacular View from Observatory Platform
Niseko is one of the major ski and snowboard resorts in Hokkaido. You can see the great scenery including Mount Yotei called “Ezo-Fuji (Hokkaido’s Mount Fuji),” active volcano Mount Usu and the bay surrounded by mountains from the observation at an altitude of about 1,000 meters.
The winter scenery of Niseko covered by pure white snow is beautiful, but the spring and summer sceneries with fresh greens and autumn scenery colored by red and yellow of autumn leaves are also great. You can view the beauty of mountains and the bay from the observatory platform.

Rafting in Niseko

Rafting is the popular and famous activity in Niseko. Shiribetsu River is the most popular spot of rafting because it has rich water capacity, the quality of water is nice and the flow speed is relatively moderate. Therefore, even beginner can easily enjoy rafting there. Rafting at Niseko while seeing Mount Yotei is really wild and exciting.
There are some rafting tour courses offered by some companies. Among them, Nac-Niseko Adventure Center is the most experienced and reliable company as it is the first company which started rafting project at Niseko in 1995.

Horse Riding in Niseko Horse Village
Hokkaido is the one of major horse production areas in the world. There are some places you can try horse riding in Hokkaido and Niseko Horse Village is the one of them. The attractive point of Niseko Horse Village is its horse riding course.
Most of horse riding plans at other clubs allow you to ride horse in the limited space enclosed with rails, but a plan you can freely run through hills and fields is available at Niseko Horse Village. If you have never experienced horse riding, Don’t worry! Staff members gently teach you how to ride a horse and you can learn from the basic in the safe course.

Athletic Field in Niseko Village
PURE at Niseko Village located at the base of Mount Nisekoannupuri is the greatest place to go for adventure in the forest with your family. PURE is the facility to feel the nature of Hokkaido as you can enjoy walking through the forest by tree trekking tour that you walk scaffolds on trees. Moreover, it is possible for you to feel like flying by trying Zip Line Tour that you slide down on cables suspended on trees.

Fee for tree trekking is 2,300 yen per person over high school student and 1,800 yen per person under junior high school student. It is strongly recommended for you to purchase special package named “Super Passport” that includes all-you-can-play ticket for all 11 kinds of activities of Niseko Village, including 1,000 yen shopping ticket at the resort and facility use ticket at the spa of Hilton Niseko Village.
