Where are the Updated Pokemon Go Nests? Search for Rare Pokemon in Tokyo!

Tokyo is full of new locations with common and rare pokemon nests. From time to time, Pokemon Go updates and the nests change locations. Travel around Tokyo to catch rare pokemon.

A Pokemon’s nest is a particular area where you have a high chance of catching a rare pokemon. The nests are changed irregularly. Here are some of the latest updates for Pokemon’s nests.


Pikachu’s Nest

Pikachu will be an all-time favorite character from Pokemon. The new Pikachu nest is at Toyama Park, the park is home to Mt. Hakone. Mt. Hakone is the highest hill on the Yamanote Line.

There is a low chance for Pikachu to come out here. Since Pikachus are hard to raise, it is best to catch a Pikachu at it’s nest. There i also another nest at Yokomicho Park.

Bulbasaur’s Nest

Bulbasaur is the one of the first pokemon you can choose to catch when you start Pokemon Go, but you can also walk around to catch Bulbasaur. The newest Bulbasaur Nest in Tokyo, it is at Rinshi no Mori Park. Getting to the park is very easy because it is only a ten minute walk from Musashi Koyama Station.

Growlithe’s Nest


Growlithe is not a strong pokemon, but after evolving it becomes Arcanine, which is one of the best fire type pokemon. You should try to gather Growlithe’s candies and make it evolve. Growlithe’s nest in Tokyo is in Shinjuku Central Park. It is easy to access from Shijuku or Tochomae Station.

Abra is a famous pokemon from the first generation of pokemon. If miss the chance to catch it, it will run away even more, so you should try to it with an Ultra Ball. Abra becomes Alakazam after evolving and it is one of the strongest psychic type of pokemons. It is said that Farfetch’d only appears in Asia. There is no information on how to find Farfetch’d’s nest, but you can find it anywhere in Japan. Farfetch’d is not so strong for the battling but there is no reason to not catch it while in Japan. After you catch it, you can brag about it to other pokemon players in your country.
