The PPAP Cafe is going to be opened for a limited time at the Tokyo Skytree in Japan during November. PPAP is a world-famous song sung by Pikotaro. The popularity of this comedic song exploded over night.

Pikotaro Sweeps the World with PPAP

Right now, the comedic song, “PPAP (Pen Pineapple Apple Pen)” sung by Pokotaro is a world-wide hit. Since Justin Bieber commented that he likes this song, that alone led to the extreme popularity of the video.

At the Tokyo Skytree at the Tokyo Solamachi area, a Pikotaro cafe is going to open. The PPAP Cafe is going to be open for a limited time and everything on the menu has a similar name compared to the song. Come jump into the world of Pikotaro.


World’s First! Pikotaro’s PPAP Cafe is Open!

The ultra popular PPAP Cafe is going to have food items that coordinate with the song. Most of the food will have a pineapple theme, the food doesn’t actually use real pens, the pens are probably chocolate.

Some items on the menu are PPA bread, PPA parfait, PPA peach soda, and PPA tea etc. There is even a drink and the drink is inside of a hollow pineapple. This is the only place to enjoy these foods. The food at this cafe can be eaten in-store or get take-out.

With the purchase of one item, you get a coaster. There are five different pictures and they are chosen at random. There is a cardboard cut-out so you kind of become Pikotaro. There are also PPAP goods, if you just want to buy the items then don’t wait in line at the cafe.
